1 – Type of Cookies

Similarly, in case of violation of the law, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data, as the authority responsible for monitoring the processing in the Italian State.

This site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union. In particular with Google, Facebook and Microsoft (LinkedIn) through social plugins and the Google Analytics service. The transfer is authorized and strictly regulated by Article 45, paragraph 1 of EU Regulation 2016/679, for which no further consent is required. The above mentioned companies guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.

Data will never be transferred to third countries that do not comply with the conditions set out in Article 45 et seq. of the EU Regulation.

IX. Personal data processing & GPDR

The Customer, by accepting these conditions, consents to the processing of his personal data, pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree no. 196/03, for the purposes referred to in the General Conditions.

Caffeinastore undertakes not to use the addresses provided by the Customer at the time of registration to send commercial or advertising information, in paper or electronic format unless the Customer has explicitly requested it.

The extent and type of data entered by the user are left to the discretion of the user, subject to the minimum content required for registration, and are those intrinsically correlated with the purposes promoted with the purchase order.

The personal data subject to processing will be kept and checked, also in relation to the knowledge acquired on the basis of technical progress, the nature of the data and the specific characteristics of the treatment, so as to minimize it, by adopting suitable and preventive measures of security, the risks of destruction or loss, even accidental, of the data itself, of unauthorized access or treatment not allowed or not in accordance with the purposes of the collection.

The information provided by the Customer will be processed by the staff of Caffeinastore assigned to the management of the Site, specifically in charge of processing under supervision. As required by EU Regulation 2016/679, the customer can at any time request the modification or cancellation of their personal data, using the appropriate button in their profile or by sending a request to caffeinastore@gmail.com.
